- Go to Go to https://coxprod.service-now.com/coxtechportal
- Click on Reporting & Data Platform -->Enterprise Data Services-->
- Select Report Technical Support (Issue / Request) for Reporting Issue /Support/Migration requests
- Request Access for Reporting Access request
- Fill details and submit request under the respective reporting queues
